At the beginning of October, Robert Falch, Managing Partner of the MINDA Group, unfortunately could only welcome the new members of the MINDA family by video in times of the global pandemic. He's catching up on that meeting right now. Together with Dr. Sascha Falkenberg, Managing Director of the Stadthagen site and Board Member MINDA North America, he attends the first staff meeting of our US company. The agenda for the rest of the week comprises, among other things, the ways to a successful integration into the MINDA Group as well as the development of the related strategic objectives.

David Wulschner, Head of Mechanical Engineering Stadthagen, will support the colleagues in Granite Falls for a period of 2 to 3 years with the integration on site. Since his start in the MINDA Group, he has made a decisive contribution to improving the existing process structures and procedures.
